1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website, you accept these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Products & Availability
All products listed are subject to availability and may change due to natural factors. Substitutions may occur.
​
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in CAD and subject to change. We accept major credit cards and e-transfer.
​
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase.  Refunds are generally not provided however are at the discretion
of management based on circumstances.  
Cancellations must be in writing no less than two weeks before delivery/event.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available in North America based on pricing on our website. 
If your delivery location is not on our checkout, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise shipping costs to be added at checkout based on your delivery location.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for losses outside our control (e.g., weather, insects).

7. Privacy
We collect and use data per our Privacy Policy below. You have rights to access and request deletion of your data.

8. Accessibility
We are committed to ensuring our website is accessible as per Canadian standards.

9. Intellectual Property
All original content and images are property of Blush & Bloom Peony Farm, except where otherwise attributed.  Bloom photos 
in the store page were obtained from other grower, vendor or wholesale sites until original photos, property of Blush & Bloom Peony Farm can replace them.

Flower Subscription Terms & Conditions – Blush & Bloom Peony Farm

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the subscription flower service (“Subscription Service”) provided by Blush & Bloom Peony Farm, located in Stony Plain, Alberta, Canada (“we,” “our,” “us”). By subscribing, you (“Subscriber,” “Customer,” or “you”) agree to these Terms.
 
1. Subscription Service
  • The Subscription Service provides seasonal, farm-grown flowers delivered or available for pickup on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), as chosen at purchase.
  • Varieties, quantities, and arrangements are subject to seasonal availability and may vary.
  • Subscriptions begin on the start date communicated during purchase and continue for the duration of the subscription package selected.
 
2. Payment
  • Full payment (or agreed installment plan if offered) is required at the time of subscription purchase unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include/exclude GST as clearly stated at checkout.
  • Payment is non-refundable except as required under Alberta consumer protection law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
 
3. Delivery and Pickup
  • Customers are responsible for selecting either pickup in Stony Plain or delivery (if available in specified service areas).
  • Delivery fees may apply and will be disclosed at purchase, per our terms & conditions.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information; we are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
  • If pickup is chosen and flowers are not collected at the scheduled time, we cannot guarantee freshness beyond that window.
 
4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes
  • All subscription sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cancellations and refunds are generally not permitted. 
  • Changes to pickup or delivery details must be requested at least 3 days in advance and are subject to approval.
  • If we are unable to deliver flowers due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., crop failure, extreme weather, unforeseen farm disruptions), we reserve the right to substitute products, reschedule, issue credits, or provide partial refunds at our discretion.
 
5. Customer Responsibilities
  • Ensure flowers are collected promptly and care & handling instructions are followed.
  • Provide safe drop-off locations for deliveries. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or weather-damaged flowers once delivered.
  • Inform us of allergies, concerns, or special handling requests in advance.
 
6. Subscription Renewal
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each year.  Customers can cancel subscription renewal by contacting us in writing to request cancellation 30 days before the next subscription period begins.  Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during a subscription period.
 
7. Liability
  • Flowers may vary in appearance and lifespan depending on variety and care. We make no guarantee of flower longevity.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Subscription Service.
 
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, substitutions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, or pandemic-related impacts.
 
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
